Al-Baghdadi, M. ; DDS, BDS, MS(OS), PhD ; Jacksonville University Comprehensive Oral Implantology
Dr. Al-Baghdadi is a Chief Resident at Brighter Way Dental Implant Center with a specific interest in oral implantology and surgery.
Dr. Al-Baghdadi earned his first dental BDS degree from the University of Baghdad. He then pursued advanced surgical training and earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from the same university. To further advance his knowledge, he attended Newcastle University in the United Kingdom and earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in dental sciences.
Afterward, Dr. Al-Baghdadi moved to the United States and enrolled in the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry, where he graduated with honors as the first in his program and earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. During his studies, he received several awards in oral surgery and dentistry. To further enhance his training and education in oral surgery, Dr. Al-Baghdadi completed a 1-year surgical training program at the Geisinger Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Internship Program in Pennsylvania. He has now returned to Arizona and is currently part of the Jacksonville University Comprehensive Oral Implantology Residency Program at Brighter Way Institute.
Dr. Al-Baghdadi is actively involved in research and teaching roles. He has multiple publications and has attended several national and international conferences. He is a member of the Omicron Kappa Epsilon national dental honor society and is also a member of multiple organizations, including the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.
