Michael Rosen DMD AZ
Michael Rosen, DMD, MPH, MS is a highly skilled general dentist and implantologist dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and advancing the science of oral implantology. As the inaugural Chief Resident of the Jacksonville University Comprehensive Oral Implantology Residency at Brighter Way Institute, Dr. Rosen earned both a Master of Science in Dentistry and a Certificate in Comprehensive Oral Implantology. Over the course of his residency, he placed and restored nearly 1,000 implants—including single units, complex full-arch rehabilitations, and pterygoid cases—while developing advanced digital workflows for All-on-X surgery with immediate loading of 3D-printed and milled prostheses. He is currently pursuing Diplomate status with the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry (ABOI).
Dr. Rosen earned his Bachelor of Science in Cell and Developmental Biology, with a minor in Music, from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He went on to receive his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry and Master of Public Health (Dental Emphasis) from A.T. Still University’s Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health. He is also a Dawson Academy Scholar, trained to restore patients with optimal function, comfort, and aesthetics.
Passionate about lifelong learning, Dr. Rosen has trained internationally in Guatemala and Brazil with leading experts in surgery and implant dentistry. His advanced clinical skills include minimally invasive full-arch surgery, sinus augmentation, ridge preservation, soft tissue grafting, osseodensification, immediate implant placement, and digital dentistry using Exocad, CBCT analysis, 3D printing, and in-house milling.
Dr. Rosen is a member of the Alpha Omega International Dental Fraternity, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.
